How to do Email Authentication
Everyone gets the spam or unwanted emails in their email accounts. To reduce the spam or unwanted emails, you have to provide some information with the cPanel’s Email Authentication feature so that the recipient will get know the nature of incoming messages. And this will automatically discard the unnecessary messages from getting into the account.
The Setup Domain keys function works as a inter-mediator to verify the origin of the incoming messages. So this is the useful tool against the spammers or hackers that spoof or or send emails from a false email address. This feature can also track the the offending messages.
You can use the Set up SPF function against spammers from sending email by building your domain’s name as the sender. So you can use this function by adding the IP address to a list, to specify that only those computers are authenticated to send you mail from your domain name. You can go for the advanced setting which has number of ways to improve the authentication.
